As a clinician, my passion lies in helping others thrive by finding their purpose and embracing their authentic selves. It is an honor for me to be part of the journey, empowering, advocating, supporting, and raising awareness. I hold professional licenses as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice, Licensed Practical Nurse, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Certified Case Manager. With over 27 years of healthcare experience, including 24 years specializing in mental health services, I have worked in various clinical settings. My approach to therapy is integrative, evidence-based, practical, and deeply respectful of each client's resources and beliefs. I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, stress, women's issues, relationship dynamics, chronic illness, and grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plans to meet your unique needs. Taking the first step towards change is not always easy, but it is a courageous move. I am here to support you throughout your journey.

Shailah Haynes

MSW, LISW-CP

Born and raised in Sumter, SC, Shailah Haynes is a clinical social worker with over 10 years of professional work experience. Shailah attended the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2008, as well as a Master of Social Work in 2011. Over the course of her career, Shailah has worked with individuals ranging from adolescent to geriatric in areas of infectious disease, home heath, acute care, maternal health, and different areas of behavioral health. Shailah has counseled individuals at multiple stages of life and conducted groups for women’s empowerment. From lived experiences, Shailah became interested in assisting underserved populations and being a voice of support and advocacy. Shailah takes a holistic approach to mental health, as she believes it is important to look at all aspects of a person in order to provide a level of service that supports overall well-being.


Shailah is a dedicated wife and mother of two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Shailah is excited about this opportunity to provide a level of service that will allow you to take back your power and improve your emotional health.


Tarsha Murray Jobe

M. Ed, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional counselor and have been practicing for the past 16 years.  My speciality includes children/adolescents and adults with depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues grief and other various challenges.  I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs.  I draw from various modalities which incorporates elements of cognitive therapy, which aims to assist individuals in effectively addressing their problems by understanding the impact of their thoughts on their emotions and behaviors. Additionally, I also draw from person-centered therapy, which emphasizes the importance of focusing on the present moment and empowering clients to actively create positive changes for themselves.


My objective is to establish a supportive partnership in which clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to attain their desired outcomes. I am dedicated to promoting a culturally sensitive and inclusive atmosphere, where every individual feels embraced and supported.
