Group Therapy

Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy designed to assist individuals in managing mental health challenges or dealing with difficult experiences and behaviors.

It has been shown to be just as effective as one-on-one therapy for various symptoms and conditions. This format can be especially beneficial for individuals from marginalized backgrounds, providing a sense of community and understanding among those with shared experiences.

Our virtual group sessions consist of 10 to 12 participants who come together to support one another in navigating mental health struggles or significant life changes. A therapist facilitates these sessions, offering guidance and fostering a supportive environment for a meaningful group experience.
